Certified Angler Instructor

We are looking for individuals interested in serving as a Certified Angler Instructor for Coronado Area Council. Below is information on what is expected as well as available courses to attend to complete this training. Likely the most cost effective and convenient course will be the onine course starting July 9th and going through August 13th on Wednesday evenings. The cost is just $10.

Strengthen your Council’s Fishing Program by taking the Certified Angler Instructor Course! As a CAI, you will learn to develop and support advocacy for youth fishing from Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, and Venturing crews. Graduates will be expected to lead fishing events and education in their council – and see the smiles that result when our youth catch fish. This 18-hour course is open to participants from all councils. Sign up today!
