Today we received a letter from Commerce Bank announcing the termination of the lease of our office space in Manhattan. Effective 7/31/2024 we will need to vacate the office. As of right now we don’t have any definite plans for where we will end up. If you are aware of a possible solution to our need to relocate, I would appreciate hearing from you. Currently we pay about $350 per month in rent for our current space. I am not sure we are going to find another sweetheart of a deal like this moving forward. Maybe we will. It is possible we will need to temporarily put some of our property in storage and our staff work remotely until we can find the next solution. We will work diligently to get this resolved as quickly as possible and will try to provide updates along the way. Your patience and understanding is appreciated as we work through this.
